Register for CMHA’s nation-wide annual workplace mental health conference: The Bottom Line Conference

Bottom Line appeals to senior leaders, HR professionals, managers, occupational health and safety advisors, wellness and mental health experts as it provides detailed, tangible and actionable information to improve organization and individual employee psychological health and safety.

For the first year, Calgary presents the Leader Luncheon (March 4), an event to inspire and engage senior leaders and executives to address mental health in their respective workplaces.

Speakers and panelists include: Lorne Rubis, Chief People Officer, ATB Financial, Michael Bryant, the former Attorney General of Ontario who has lived with addictions, Jan Wong, former contributor to the Globe and Mail, Mary Ann Baynton, Co-Chair of the Technical Committee for the National Standard, and Seamus O’Regan, the co-host for Bell’s Let’s Talk Day.

We are also offering a full-day of workshops (March 6) at both sites including: a practical session to implementing the National Standard; roundtable discussion on the communication breakdown during an employee’s mental health journey; training on the accommodation process for employees with a mental illness and so much more.
