Thank you for taking the time to participate in Mental Health Week and for making mental health a priority in your classroom and school. By creating spaces where students feel connected and supported, you are helping bring the spirit of Come Together, Canada to life.

The suggested activities and discussion guides can be adapted for different ages and classroom environments.

So from May 4 to 10, 2026, join us in celebrating Mental Health Week by bringing the theme Come Together, Canada to life in your classroom and school community, creating moments of connection that help strengthen mental health.

Isolation in the workplace can impact mental health, collaboration, and productivity. Our workplace toolkit helps organizations share mental health education, provide practical resources, implement connection-building activities, and strengthen organizational culture during Mental Health Week and beyond.
