CMHA conference celebrates workplace mental health heroes

The 2016 Bottom Line Conference is about heroes. Our conference theme, Heroes in the Workplace: Stories from the Champions of Change, celebrates the individuals and organizations who help to achieve psychological health and safety for all in the workplace.

We will hear from these heroes about their successes, their failures, the challenges they see ahead, and what keeps them inspired . We will hear from new workers entering the workforce and the organizations striving to meet their needs.

We will also focus on the heroes of inclusion, the advocates for an increasingly diverse workforce. As ever, we focus on the bottom line: how increasing psychological health and safety helps businesses and organizations surpass their financial targets without sacrificing their values.

The 2016 conference will be held over two days – February 23 and 24, 2016 – and will include a mix of speakers and skills-based workshops. Attendees will leave with a new perspective and the skills they need to move their organization forward in the journey to psychological health and safety.

Register soon as the event is expected to sell out. For details and registration visit www.bottomlineconference.ca.
