National Workplace Mental Health Trainer

Full Time, Contract Position

The Canadian Mental Health Association is seeking qualified applicants for the role of National Workplace Mental Health Trainer to join the Workplace Mental Health (WMH) team for a contract with the possibility of renewal. This role is for you if you are passionate about providing employees across Canadian workplaces knowledge and resources to support wellbeing.

Position Summary: This position is responsible for delivering workplace mental health and psychological health and safety training to organizations and individuals. You will also assist in the development of evidence-informed program training materials and content for CMHA National’s Workplace Mental Health programs including Not Myself Today®, CMHA Certified Psychological Health and Safety Advisor Training, as well as multiple projects in development. As all public-facing materials are produced bilingually, French skills are a definite asset.

Location: This position will be based at our office, located in downtown Toronto. To encourage collaboration and explore new ways of working, CMHA National supports a hybrid work model of 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home. However, until further notice, staff are working from home according to public health guidelines and management’s decision.
