Full Time, Contract Position

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join the CMHA National Workplace Mental Health team. Reporting to the National Senior Sales Manager you will be responsible for building and enhancing a comprehensive sales leads generation program for the Not Myself Today® and other WMH products. This role is for you if you are a sales professional looking to join an already strong team and are self-motivated to contribute positively to the lives of people and communities.

You are an ideal candidate if you have an uncommon ambition and desire to grow professionally in a fast-paced environment. You are competitive with yourself and collaborative with team members. People would define you as self-motivated, results and goal-oriented team player. You bring a love of structure, process, and documentation and a prior experience in not for profit or mental health would be an asset.

The role: National Lead Generation Specialist is responsible to canvas new and existing markets and generate interest and demand with qualified prospects. The long-term goal of this role is to establish a scalable lead generation sales process that can be scaled as the team grows.

In collaboration with the WMH team and the national office you will contribute towards nurturing strong and long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients. While this role reports into the National Senior Sales Manager, you will work closely and collaboratively with the CMHA National team, which may include Not Myself Today®, Workplace Mental Health, Marketing Communications and Fund Development.

Location:  This position will be based at our office, located in downtown Toronto. To encourage collaboration and explore new ways of working, CMHA National supports a hybrid work model of 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home. However, until further notice, staff are working from home according to public health guidelines and management’s decision.

Compensation: $60,000 – $65,000 per year commensurate with experience and qualifications; along with benefits, a flexible work environment and a workplace culture committed to personal wellbeing and psychological safety.
