National Coordinator, Workplace Mental Health
Full Time, Contract Position
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join the CMHA National Workplace Mental Health team for a contract until March 31, 2022. With support and in collaboration with the team, you will be responsible for the administrative tasks required to support the WMH portfolio and its programs.

Location: The role is based out of the CMHA National office in Toronto although staff are currently working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve the portfolio and program’s clients:
- Respond to customer service requests and facilitate an efficient response from internal CMHA team members or external vendors as appropriate.
- Follow up with clients directly to ensure service satisfaction, proactively address concerns and questions, ensure payment processes have been initiated.
- Support National Workplace portfolio by managing client communication, invoicing, and scheduling.
- Support the implementation of new customer relationship management software and back-end systems.
- Support day-to-day operations:
- Provide administrative support to the WMH team on various tasks such as training administration, client management and attendance.
- Oversee the fulfillment process by liaising with distribution partners to ensure prompt delivery of products to clients across Canada.
- Identify opportunities for improved operational efficiency, recommend and implement changes accordingly.
- Assist the Not Myself Today sales team:
- Liaise with a sales team to ensure customer needs are anticipated and met in a timely fashion, while supporting the sales process as directed.
- Support post-sales processes for new and returning clients including account creation, data entry, ordering, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
You should have:
- University degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 2+ years of experience working in a similar role or comparable combination of experience and skills.
- Experience working in a coordination or administration capacity, ideally in a health or social services field.
- Expert working knowledge using Microsoft Office product suite required.
- Working knowledge of CRM software, a must, experience with Salesforce an asset.
- Working knowledge of Content Management System, an asset, experience with Umbraco preferred.
- Working knowledge of the workplace mental health space.
- Health care and mental health industry knowledge will be an asset.
Your mindset and key skills should include:
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication in both official languages, particularly in responding to client inquiries via phone or email with confidence and tact.
- Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to going above and beyond for our clients.
- Self-starter able to work with limited supervision in a remote work setting.
- Capability to work independently or within group dynamics as required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy.
- Aptitude for learning new digital applications and software applications.
- Proficient critical and analytical thinking, problem solving and judgment abilities.
- Highly motivated and passionate about mental health.
- Bilingualism (French and English) would be an asset.
Compensation: $50,000 – $53,000 annually along with benefits, a flexible work environment and a workplace culture committed to personal wellbeing and psychological safety.
Working conditions: This is a full-time position, working standard office hours (currently 35 hours/week). This position functions in a normal office environment, using typical office equipment, with extended periods of sitting, telephone interaction and/or working at a computer and no unusual physical demands. During the COVID pandemic, National staff are primarily working virtually.
